1) Creating a campus fund to monetize college and university real estate for campus edge, new residential and commercial construction, and the repurposing of existing facilities.  A study group has been formed to determine its feasibility.

2) Building upon social and print media work already underway, establishing a new venue through which higher education leadership could provide informed commentary that would be made available to on line, print, streamed and cable/network media

3) Developing a deep pool of consultants and institutional partners to expand the reach of the firm nationally and provide a kind of interwoven bench strength that would enhance institutional and consortial planning and strategy.
